Manton Lodge Farm Self Catering Accommodation is set within an 18th century ironstone farmhouse, offering 2 holiday homes in the village of Manton, to the south-west of Rutland Water. Both apartments are in the south-facing self-contained wing of the lodge, with their own private entrance.

Garden Apartment is on the ground floor, sleeping 2 in a super king size / twin-bedded en suite bedroom. Valley View is a first-floor studio apartment, offering views of the Chanter Valley. This sleeps 2 or 3 people in a flexible sleeping area with a super king or twin beds, plus a sofa bed and en suite bathroom.

Both apartments look directly onto Manton Lodge’s gardens and guests can relax on the terrace or explore the lawns, shrubberies, flowerbeds, walkways, yorkstone terraces and kitchen gardens, with features including specimen trees and shrubs, rose gardens and an ornamental pond with fountain.

Beyond the gardens are more than 100 acres of private pastureland quietly grazed by sheep and horses. Rutland Water is easily accessible, just a 15 minute walk away. Rutland Water Bird Centre, the Lyndon Top Nature Reserve and the Osprey Centre are about 2 miles away, along the water’s edge.
