Elm Tree Farm Accommodation offer a collection of self-catering studios, apartments and cottages located in the small hamlet of Thrupp Wharf near Milton Keynes. Situated along the Grand Union Canal close to the marina and pub, and also surrounded by the open countryside, they are ideal for family, walking and cycling holidays.

There are 3 stylish studio apartments; each with an open plan living / sleeping area with a double or twin beds and en suite shower room. One has been specially adapted for wheelchair users, featuring a large roll-in wet room. The 2 self-catering apartments each have an open plan living area and a double en suite bedroom.

The 3 holiday cottages comprise Grove Cottage which sleeps 2 guests in a double room and is all on ground floor level; Wharf Cottage for 4 to 6 with 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room; and Thrupp Cottage for 4 with a king room and a twin bedroom. All properties have a kitchenette, bath / shower room and parking.
