Rookley Farm Lodge

Rookley Farm Lodge is a self-catering holiday home in a rural location on the Isle of Wight. Set across the former farmyard from Rookley Farm House, this property is half a mile off the road between Rookley and Niton. Facilities include a swimming pool (May to September) and a tennis court. Sleeping up to 10 people, the lodge provides a scenic and peaceful location for family holidays.

The accommodation comprises a light and airy sitting room with dual-aspect windows, with a cosy gas fire in the stone fireplace, plenty of sofas, Freesat TV and Blu-ray player. The conservatory provides additional seating and French doors to the garden, plus there is a dining room and fully-equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, the 5 bedrooms (x2 king, x2 bunk-bedded, x1 twin) include 2 with en suite facilities. Guests will also find an open study and a family bathroom. The pool house has an extra shower, WC and changing area for the outdoor swimming pool. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the acre of gardens and use the tennis court. Dogs are allowed and there is ample parking available.
