The Fernside

Welcome to The Fernside, a family and pet-friendly guest house situated on the east coast of the Isle of Wight, in Sandown. A Victorian townhouse nestled along a leafy avenue, with off-road car parking, the house is also just a short walk away from Sandown Train Station for those arriving on foot.

Owners Stuart and Angela provide friendly hospitality. There are single, double, twin, a 4-poster and a family room with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. All rooms have en suite facilities, TV, free Wifi and refreshment tray. There is also a lounge where guests can relax and enjoy a drink from the bar.

Breakfast is included in overnight room tariffs. Special rates can be negotiated for longer stays and the owners can arrange inclusive ferry packages. The beach and esplanade is a 10-minute walk away and there is a handy convenience store around the corner. The popular Sunshine Trail also runs close by.
