Bedford Lodge

Bedford Lodge is an early Victorian-era bed and breakfast situated in Shanklin Old Village, overlooking the downs and adjacent to the Tower Cottage Gardens. The B & B is nestled within beautiful grounds with lawns, trees and a sun terrace, and is just a short walk from the beach. Welcoming hosts Gilly and Gary provide excellent hospitality.

Each of the 12 guest bedrooms has en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, TV, free Wifi and a hospitality tray. There are single, double, twin and 4-poster rooms. Ground floor rooms are dog-friendly and open out onto the garden. Guests can also relax in the lounge or outside on the terrace with a drink from the honesty bar.

The Bedford Breakfasts are legendary, made from locally-sourced ingredients, with the menu offering a wide selection of tantalising options! There are choices for vegan and vegetarian diets, with a range of special diets happily accommodated with prior notice. Private car parking and secure covered bicycle storage is available.
