Owl Barn and Pheasant Barn both sleep 4 guests in a king en suite room and a twin bedroom. Hedgehog Cottage sleeps 4 in a king room, twin room and includes a ground floor bathroom with separate WC.

The historic village of Swanton Morley includes a convenience store / post office, butcher, 2 pubs and an impressive medieval church dating from the 1300s. Dereham offers lots more amenities. There are many walks nearby and cycle routes on quiet lanes or across country. The North Norfolk coast is within half an hour’s drive.
