Decoy Barn

Decoy Barn is a welcoming bed and breakfast close to the beautiful Fritton Lake in the small village of Fritton, 7 miles south-west of Great Yarmouth. A 200-year-old barn, lovingly converted to provide Visit England 4-Star Gold rated accommodation with a Breakfast Award, this B & B also has a ROSE Award 2022.

All bedrooms are on ground floor level, with an M1 rating for guests with disabilities. Each has patio doors with direct access to the garden and a patio seating area. They have en suite shower room facilities, complimentary toiletries, Wifi, a TV, desk, hospitality tray and either a king or twin beds.

There is also a 2-bedroomed suite for 4 people, with a king en suite bedroom, twin room and kitchenette. Guests can opt for our award-winning breakfast in the morning, served in the elegant breakfast room. The menu includes a wide-ranging choice such as a full English, smoked salmon or waffles. Special diets are happily accommodated.
