Lower Wood Farm Cottages are 8 beautiful self-catering cottages located near the village of West Caister. Just 3 miles from Great Yarmouth, the farm is wonderfully placed for exploring the East Norfolk coast and the Broads. Offering Visit England 4 and 5-Star rated accommodation, there is a swimming pool and plenty of on-site activities to keep children entertained.

The cottages have all been sensitively converted from former barns and farm buildings, retaining many characterful features. Cape Cottage, all on ground floor level, has been awarded an M2 rating and is specially adapted for guests with disabilities / wheelchair users. Sleeping up to 5 people, it has a super king and a triple bedroom; with en suite facilities and a wet room.

Brayburn Barn is the largest property, sleeping 9 guests in 4 bedrooms, and some cottages are adjoining for multiple families. Site facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool, play barn, outdoor play area and large paddock with football goals. There is also a covered courtyard BBQ area and many footpaths and cycleways lead from the farm. External catering can be provided.
