1 Zetland Cottage is a delightful self-catering holiday cottage situated in Cley-next-to-the-Sea, 4 miles north of the market town of Holt. A traditional brick and flint cottage, with views across to Cley Windmill, it is surrounded by beautiful marshland, which is a haven for wildlife, and close to Blakeney National Nature Reserve.

Sleeping up to 3 people, the house benefits from a spacious living area with sofas, TV, separate dining area and French doors opening onto the garden. There is a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and breakfast table. The double bedroom hosts views of the windmill and across the marshes, and there is also a single room. The newly refurbished bathroom has a power shower and there is Wifi throughout. Outside, on-road car parking is available and there are many footpaths and cycleways around the area, plus along the coast and marshes. The village provides some independent shops, a seafood market and a deli selling local produce and homemade bread.
