The Kelling Estate

The Kelling Estate includes a Grade II listed hall and holiday cottages surrounded by beautiful grounds in peaceful countryside, between Holt and the North Norfolk coast. Offering a selection of family and dog-friendly cottages renovated from 1900s brick and flint buildings, there are excellent amenities including an indoor swimming pool.

There are 4 holiday cottages; each with unique character and providing modern self-catering facilities, including a Smart TV in the living room and bedrooms, wood burning stove, free Wifi, Dyson hairdryer, equipped kitchen including a coffee machine; plus a bathroom. High chairs, cots, dog beds and bowls can be provided if required.

Garden Cottage sleeps 6 with 2 en suite bedrooms and a third room which can be used as a study or additional bedroom. Tern Place, Plover House and Finch House all sleep 8 guests in 4 bedrooms.
