William's Barn

William’s Barn is a self-catering holiday home opposite the 18th century Nethergate Farm, in the heart of the Norfolk countryside, just 7 miles from Holt. The property has been sensitively converted to provide Visit England 4-Star Gold rated facilities, yet retains character in abundance, with exposed wooden beams and oak floors.

Sleeping 4 to 8 guests, the accommodation comprises a downstairs open plan living room with sofas, wood burning stove, dining table, French doors to the patio and separate kitchen area. Upstairs, leading from the galleried landing, there are 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with en suite facilities; plus a bathroom.

Central heating is provided throughout. Outside, there is a lovely landscaped garden, large pond, with a table and chairs on the patio. There is also ample private car parking. The Thursford Collection is a short drive away with its steam museum, concerts and shopping village. The area is also renowned for its outdoors pursuits.
