Molly's Den

Molly’s Den is a cosy hideaway for 2 people, situated just 5 miles away from the Royal Sandringham Estate, near King’s Lynn in the county of Norfolk. A self-catering holiday home situated down a quiet country lane in Roydon, and attached onto a main house, the Den has its own entrance and private parking area, with an EV charging point.

Downstairs, is an open plan living area with sofas, Smart TV, well-equipped kitchenette and dining table. Located up a spiral staircase, the bedroom is flooded with natural light from the arched and Velux windows and there is a king size bed which can be separated into 2 singles if needed. The shower room has a walk-in double shower.

Outside, is a courtyard garden with a bistro set, where you can enjoy a rousing morning coffee or relaxing evening glass of wine. There are 2 village pubs a short walk away, with one offering a food menu. Roydon Common Nature Reserve is close by offering scenic walking, cycling, photography opportunities and wildlife-spotting.
