Brickley Rise is a characterful Norfolk cottage dating back to 1745, originally the Laundry Cottage for the Ingoldisthorpe Hall Estate. Carefully restored, it blends period charm with modern comfort to create a relaxed and welcoming countryside retreat.

Set within nearly two acres of private woodland gardens, the house feels peaceful and private, with plenty of space to unwind, explore and enjoy the outdoors. Brickley Rise is perfectly placed for exploring North West Norfolk. The Sandringham Estate is under three miles away, while the beaches, coastal paths and wildlife of the North Norfolk coast are all within easy reach.

Offering generous and flexible living space for families and groups with two comfortable living areas, one ideal for children, and a larger lounge with a wood-burning effect stove, TV, books and games, all with countryside views. The dining room seats up to eight guests, making it ideal for family meals and special occasions.

The fully equipped kitchen is designed for social cooking and everyday convenience, with a Rangemaster cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a large island with breakfast bar and window seat.

Upstairs, four bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for a range of group sizes. Two have ensuite bathrooms, all thoughtfully furnished, with TVs in selected rooms and views over the gardens, woodland or surrounding estate. A family bathroom with bath and shower serves the remaining rooms. Bed linen, towels and essential toiletries are provided.

Brickley Rise is especially well suited to families, with travel cots, highchairs, children's kitchenware, a bed guard, stair gates, books, games and toys available on request, along with extensive outdoor space for children to play.
