North Norfolk Sticks

North Norfolk Sticks is a Victorian-era former barn now providing contemporary self-catering accommodation for 5 or 6 guests. In a secluded location, just 2 miles west of Melton Constable, the property is nestled amongst the fields of a working arable farm, with guests benefiting from private use of the surrounding acre of gardens.

The barn has beautiful exposed wooden beams and white washed stone walls. The sitting room has sofas, armchairs, an electric fire, TV and DVD player, and there is a well-equipped kitchen. Visitors will find 2 main bedrooms, comprising a double and a triple, plus a room off the staircase which houses an extra single bed.

The bathroom is downstairs, with a bath and a shower, and the entrance hall has a handy washing machine. An outdoor dining area is found on the patio and there is a fenced-off pond area on the lawn, plus parking. The area has many walks, and the main A148 is less than 2 miles away for Fakenham and the coast.
