White Horse Farm

White Horse Farm provides a luxurious single-storey self-catering holiday barn for 2 guests, situated in Gunthorpe, near Melton Constable. Cowslip Barn has been sensitively converted from a 17th century former barn to provide a host of modern comforts, whilst keeping its characterful original roof trusses and beams.

The open plan living area has a wood burning stove, 2-piece suite, TV, free Wifi, dining table, equipped kitchenette and French doors opening to the patio. The bedroom has a king size bed and en suite shower room supplied with complimentary toiletries. The 2 acres of gardens include a water feature, kitchen garden and folly.

Dogs are allowed to stay at Cowslip Barn with prior agreement from the owners. There is a seafood restaurant 2 miles away and Melton Constable has a convenience store, some takeaways, an interesting antique shop and golf club. The Thursford Collection, with its steam engine museum and fairground attractions is also close by.
