Just a short walk from the shops, award-winning beach and quayside, this is a perfect choice for holidays in the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

The lounge is equipped with a TV, 2 leather sofas and an open fire, with the kitchen fully-equipped and opening out onto the garden. There are 4 bedrooms (a king room, bunk-bedded and twin room with wash basins, plus another king room). The main bathroom has a bathtub with shower over, and there is an extra WC.

The enclosed garden has a lawn and patio with plenty of seating, and there is off-road parking for 2 cars at the front, plus a handy garage. Wells-next-the-Sea has a pretty Georgian Square, with plenty of shops and places to eat. Harbour tours are available and there are light railway rides between Wells and Walshingham.
