Armeria Bed & Breakfast

Armeria Bed and Breakfast in Wells-next-the-Sea is a modern detached house for adults only, a few minutes’ walk from the town centre and quayside. Family-owned, it provides a friendly place to stay. There is parking and regular buses to Cromer and Kings Lynn stop along the main road.

East Hills and Saltmarsh Rooms can be arranged with super king or twin beds and offer sea views. Garden is a double with garden views; and North Sea, on the ground floor, is a flexible super king / twin room with sofa. Guests can also relax in the lounge, conservatory or garden.

All of the bedrooms have en suite facilities, complimentary toiletries, access to Wifi, a TV, hairdryer and refreshments tray. There is a wide choice available on the breakfast menu in the morning, including a full English, various varieties of smoked fish or homemade pancakes.
