Five Acre Barn

Welcome to Five Acre Barn, a luxurious and contemporary bed and breakfast or self-catering home near the seaside town of Aldeburgh. This lovingly converted 19th century former barn is set in 5 acres, with parking including EV vehicle charging and a secure shed for bikes and equipment. Dogs are allowed by agreement.

There are 5 guest suites, all stylishly furnished featuring high ceilings, underfloor heating and sky lights with solar operated blinds. Four of the bedrooms are king rooms with en suite facilities and the fifth room is a double and accessible to wheelchair users, with a roll-in en suite bathroom and an ottoman which can be folded out into a single bed.

All guests can use the sitting room, enjoy a drink from the honesty bar or relax in the garden. A full Suffolk breakfast, smoked salmon, waffles or pancakes will be served in the morning for bed and breakfast guests. In addition, the whole barn (with fully-equipped kitchen) can be rented as a holiday home for 10 to 12 people.
