The Annexe

The Annexe is a self-catering holiday cottage situated in the village of Newbourne, on the edge of the East Suffolk Coast and Heaths AONB. All on ground floor level, providing accommodation for 2 to 4 guests, pets are allowed with prior agreement. This cottage is perfect for couples, families and friends holidaying in the area.

The lounge has light filling dual-aspect windows, seating, a sofa bed, TV and dining table. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine and everything needed for cooking. The bedroom can be arranged with a super king bed or twin beds and the bathroom has a bathtub and separate shower enclosure.

Wifi and central heating are available throughout the house. The private garden offers countryside views and there is private parking for 2 cars. The village pub serves a food menu if guests wish to eat out. Deben Estuary Nature Reserve and Twisted Oaks Bike Park and Trails is close by for those who enjoy outdoors activities.
