Woodhill Cottage

Woodhill Cottage is a beautiful self-catering holiday home in the Surrey Hills, on the outskirts of the village of Holbury St Mary. Providing a peaceful setting, the house is surrounded by woodland, yet conveniently only 4 miles from Dorking and 8 miles from Guildford. Sleeping 9 people, it is ideal for family and group holidays.

The cottage offers 2 sitting rooms. One is light and airy with a high ceiling, sofa, armchairs and French doors opening onto the patio, and the other is a smaller room with seating, an open fire and TV, ideal for quiet reading or a playroom for children. The large kitchen includes an Aga stove, electric cooker, dishwasher and dining area.

There are 5 bedrooms; including a master super king en suite bedroom, a double room, a twin and a single bedroom. The other is a double on the ground floor. There is a main bathroom, plus a handy utility room with an extra WC and laundry facilities. The extensive gardens feature a lawn, patio with table and chairs, gazebo and driveway car parking. Wifi is available throughout Woodhill Cottage and cots can be provided if required.
