A mile outside Kirkwall, Overscapa Cottage is a modern property sleeping 8. It has a living area with dual-aspect windows, comfy seating, an equipped kitchen, dining area and doors to the patio. There is a lounge with a wood burning stove and leather suite, 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms, plus a bathroom, shower room and enclosed garden.

Corkaquina is a renovated 19th century cottage with many traditional features including wooden trusses, flagstone floors and a stone-built inglenook fireplace. Situated near Marwick, on the west coast of the island, it sleeps 2 to 4 people, with an open plan living room, double bedroom, bunk-bedded room and shower room.
