Hamn-vagr

Hamn-vagr is a semi-detached holiday home located in the old fishing town of Stromness on Mainland Orkney. Situated in a quiet residential area, the house accommodates 5 or 6 people and offers views across open fields towards the sea. Just 20 minutes’ walk from the town centre and harbour, it is perfectly placed for holidays.

The sitting room has a leather suite, modern electric fire, Smart TV and French doors to the hall and kitchen. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dryer, integrated oven and hob, plus a dining table. There is a king size bedroom downstairs, and a spacious double and a twin room upstairs, also with a bathroom.

Wifi is provided throughout Hamn-vagr and there is an extra WC downstairs. Outside, the lawned garden has a picnic bench and the driveway has enough space for 2 cars. Regular buses to the town centre are available from just around the corner. There are local walking and cycling routes, plus fishing and boat tours from the harbour.
