Spanning 2 floors, the main living areas and 3 bedrooms all offer sea views and the house is in a peaceful setting, only 1.5 miles from the causeway across to North Uist.

The lounge has dual-aspect windows, a suite, TV and DVD player. This room leads to the dining area seating 6. The equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, electric cooker and microwave, with laundry facilities also available. There are 2 double bedrooms, a twin-bedded room, bathroom and extra WC. Dogs are welcome by agreement.

The cottage also has Wifi access, a telephone, central heating and a shoreline garden with benches and outdoor furniture. There is private car parking.
