Welcome to the Visit Scotland 4-Star rated Roseneath Guest House in Inverness, located on the western side of the River Ness, along the road from the Greig Street Bridge which leads to the main shopping area and Inverness Castle. The accommodation is also close to the cathedral and restaurants on this side.

All 6 bedrooms are furnished to a high standard, with en suite facilities, a TV and beverage tray for making tea and coffee. There are 2 double rooms, a twin room, triple room with 3 single beds, as well as 2 family rooms for 4 people with a double and 2 single beds. Solo travellers can also be accommodated.

Free Wifi is available throughout the house. In the morning, a full cooked Scottish breakfast is served to overnight guests in the attractive breakfast room. Special diets are happily catered for with prior notice. Free car parking is also provided, with easy access to both bus and railway stations nearby.
