Broompark Bed and Breakfast

A warm Scottish welcome awaits guests at Broompark Bed and Breakfast located in Philpstoun near Linlithgow. A modern bungalow, just a stone’s throw from the Union Canal and National Cycle Route 754, owner Janet will ensure guests have everything they need for an enjoyable visit, whether arriving on foot, by bike or car.

Both rooms are comfortably furnished and equipped with a double bed, television, complimentary toiletries and refreshments tray for making tea and coffee. One of the rooms has an en suite shower room and the other has use of a modern shared bathroom. All guests can also relax in the lounge or outside in the garden.

A full cooked Scottish or full vegetarian breakfast is served in the morning. Private guest car parking is provided, and the bungalow is close to the M9 for those passing through to the beautiful areas around the Firth of Forth and onward to Edinburgh. The surrounding area also provides lots of opportunities for outdoors activities.
