Spinney House

Spinney House is a large detached modern home, situated in the Berkshire village of Binfield, near Bracknell. Offering a luxurious garden annexe for self-catering and bed and breakfast stays, the property is surrounded by 6 acres of gardens in a quiet rural setting, and also home to owners Victoria, Robert and their resident llamas.

The Garden Annexe is self-contained, sleeping 2 people. It includes a large bedroom / living area with a super king bed / twin bed, sofa, TV and French doors opening to a terrace. There is also an equipped kitchen / diner and a private bathroom. A hamper of ingredients to make a full English or continental breakfast is included.

The outdoor heated pool is available for use during the summer, with a table and chairs for guests to enjoy al fresco dining. There is ample on-site car parking. Lunch and special occasions can be accommodated by arrangement. The M4 (Jct 8/9 and 10) and M3 (Jct 30) are easily accessible and Heathrow is 30 minutes away.
