Kilvert's Hotel

Kilvert’s is a welcoming Edwardian hotel and pub situated in the centre of Hay-on-Wye. Family-owned and family-friendly, the hotel is run by hosts Bob and Sheila, providing a comfortable place to stay for walkers following Offa’s Dyke Path, or those exploring this beautiful area near the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons.

All 11 bedrooms have been furnished in a modern style that complements the original charming features of the property. Each offers en suite facilities, toiletries, a TV and refreshments. There are single and double rooms, plus the Garden Suite which opens directly onto the garden area. Dogs are allowed with prior agreement.

Breakfast is available to overnight guests, providing an excellent start to the day. Food is served in the restaurant, bar or outside in the garden, from a menu of British classics, including options for vegetarians. There is ample on-site car parking. Other services include catering for wedding receptions, family occasions and parties.
