Drover's Rest Farm Cottages

Drover’s Rest Farm, dating back to the 16th century, is a working organic farm with holiday cottages and glamping within the Golden Valley, in the ‘lee’ of the Black Mountains. Surrounded by over 200-acres of fields and woodland, 3 miles outside Hay-on-Wye, the farm provides an excellent location for a short break or holiday.

There are 3 self-catering cottages. Drover’s Cottage, in its own walled garden, sleeps 2 to 4 with a master bedroom featuring a 4-poster bed and a twin room. The Shepherd’s Shack overlooks the courtyard and has 2 double bedrooms. The Cart House for 2 to 4 is near the glamping area and has a double and a twin bedroom.

For glampers, there are luxury safari tents and the cabins, sleeping 4 in a twin and double bedroom, with private shower room and camping kitchen.
