Piper House

Piper House is a self-catering holiday home sleeping up to 20 guests, in a scenic rural setting in the Lincolnshire village of Aunby, 5 miles north of Stamford. This is a perfect retreat for family reunions, group holidays and special occasions, with excellent on-site facilities including a tennis court, studio and over 4 acres of grounds.

There is a spacious upstairs reception room with vibrant attractive décor, 2 seating areas and a TV. In addition, the downstairs snug offers an L-shaped sofa and large wall-mounted TV for film evenings. The 8 bedrooms are all individual; including king size, twin and family rooms for up to 4 people, with cots and highchairs available.

The house has a main kitchen and secondary kitchen for those hiring external caterers, plus a butler’s pantry. Wifi is available throughout and there is optional use of a yoga studio. The grounds provide a quiet terrace, riverside picnic area, BBQ space by the tennis court and a wildflower meadow. Parking is available for up to 6 cars.
