Barn Owl Cottage

Barn Owl Cottage is a single-storey detached holiday home nestled on a working farm on the outskirts of New Bolingbroke, near Boston. Converted from a former barn and with original oak beams, latch doors and a brick fireplace adding to its charm; sleeping 2 - 3 guests, this is a perfect self-catering holiday home for couples or small families.

The open plan living area has a comfortable leather sofa, armchair, wood burning stove, television, fully-fitted kitchen including a dishwasher, washer / dryer and dining table, with French doors opening onto the garden. The bedroom has a super king bed which can be arranged as 2 doubles, and there is also a bathroom with shower.

An extra single bed can be provided if required and Wifi access is available throughout the cottage. Dogs are allowed and the house provides its own enclosed garden and parking for 2 cars. The village has a few independent shops including an antique shop. The Ark Wildlife and Dinosaur Park nearby makes for an interesting day out.
