The Great Western Hotel

The Great Western Hotel is a Victorian villa situated in the heart of Paignton on the English Riviera. Offering a unique experience with a collection of railway, ship memorabilia and vintage toys, this hotel offers a selection of spacious rooms, beautiful gardens and is a short walk from the beach, SW Coast Path and Eastern Esplanade.

There are various rooms available including single, twin, king size and those on the ground floor for guests who prefer not to climb stairs. Families can also be accommodated. All rooms have a TV, access to Wifi, hairdryer, hospitality tray and either an en suite shower or bathroom. One of the rooms has a luxurious sunken bath.

Guests are welcome to look at the model trains, toys and railway signage displayed throughout the hotel, or relax out in the gardens. There is off-road parking and the mainline and Dartmouth Heritage Steam railway stations are only a 10-minute walk away.
