Muirhall Holiday Cottages

Muirhall Holiday Cottages are 3 Visit Scotland 5-Star rated holiday homes near the small village of Auchengray, less than 20 minutes drive from both Biggar and Lanark. Sensitively renovated from the old farm buildings dating back to the 1500s, they are full of character from their original architecture, whilst providing all the modern self-catering facilities you need for family holidays.

All the cottages can sleep up to 4 people, with pets also allowed. Each one unique, from the layout of the original beams and oak trusses, with cleverly designed interiors, they all have fully-equipped kitchens with dishwashers, satellite TV, Wifi, central heating, a sauna, 2 bathrooms, and outside seating and parking area around the courtyard. Cots and highchairs can be provided.

Shire Cottage has 2 double bedrooms, whereas Hayloft Cottage has a double and twin bedroom with a wooden walkway between, overlooking the living room. Ruin Cottage is wheelchair accessible, all on ground floor level, with a double bedroom, twin room and stone archway to the lounge. Multiple cottages can be hired for groups if required.
