The Old Tram House is a large detached Victorian house which has been sensitively converted into boutique-style self-catering apartments in the historic city of Stirling. Only a mile from the city centre, and close to the National Wallace Monument, both apartments accommodate 6 people and have private parking.

Both are tastefully furnished, with a mix of classic and contemporary décor, to fit in with the original character of the building. They are equipped with a Smart TV in the sitting room; a kitchen with dishwasher, washer / dryer, and dining table; free Wifi; and complimentary tea and coffee to help with settling in on arrival.

One of the apartments is on the ground floor and has a master bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with 4 single beds, and a main shower room. The other apartment is on the upper floor and has a master double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a set of bunk beds; both with en suite facilities.

There are direct bus services from outside the house to the city centre, and a convenience store, Italian restaurant and pub close by. Short term and longer term lets can be arranged, and both apartments can be hired together for multiple families or groups. Please visit the website for further information.
