Westacott Farm Camping is situated on a working farm near Bideford. The farm is set over 110 acres, specialising in beef and sheep, within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with spectacular views to Lundy Island and Saunton Sands, as well as inland towards Exmoor. The SW Coast Path and Peppercorn Beach are close by.
The camping pitches are spaced across 3 fields. Bay View is a quiet area with hardstanding and grass pitches, with electric hook-up available. Lundy View has a children’s play area in the centre and 19 electric grass pitches. Middle View is a non-electric field. There are reduced rates for backpackers arriving on foot. Dogs are welcome.
For glampers, our Shepherd’s Hut sleeps 2 and features a double bed, wood burning stove, running water and basic camping kitchen. Both Lundy and Bay View Fields have their own toilets and showers, and there is also a kitchen area and a launderette. Campfires are allowed and farm produce can be purchased from reception.
