Brooklands Farm Caravan Park offers a peaceful location in the grounds of a 15th century farm, only 5 minutes’ drive from the M5 and 5 miles from the City of Exeter. Ideal as a holiday base, this park provides a superb setting, within easy reach of numerous attractions, including the Jurassic Coast, Dartmoor, Exmoor and SW Coast Path.
There are 15 spacious pitches for touring caravans, with some hardstanding available. Guests will find excellent toilet and showering facilities. There are also 3 luxurious characterful holiday cottages sleeping up to 4 people, each with a luxurious hot tub in a private courtyard area. Well-behaved dogs are allowed throughout the site.
On the outskirts of the village of Woodbury Salterton, there are 2 pubs within walking distance, as well as a farm shop. For walkers and cyclists, Woodbury Common is a few minutes’ drive offering paths and trails, plus views across the East Devon landscape. Crealy Adventure Park, Bicton and the Donkey Sanctuary are a short drive away.
