Woodleigh Caravan Park is set within tranquil countryside on the northern edge of Dartmoor, near the village of Cheriton Bishop and adjacent to the A30, about 12 miles from Exeter. As well as camping and caravanning facilities, there is on-site fishing. A fantastic choice for a holiday, this site is also a convenient stopover choice for those travelling onward to the south-west.
The site has electric pitches for motorhomes and caravans, standard pitches for tents, a newly-renovated clean and tidy amenities block with toilets and showers, plus fresh water and a waste water disposal point. Children and dogs are welcome to this park. Woodleigh has 2 fishing lakes and Woodleigh Coach House is next door for breakfasts and hot food until 3pm. There are direct buses to Exeter and Bude from outside the park and many footpaths and cycle routes around the area including NCR 28. The village has a pub and a play park, with many interesting places to visit around the local area including Stone Lane Botanical Gardens, Barley Valley Nature Reserve and a trampoline park.
