Splott Farm Camping is a family-owned site located between Mark and Blackford, within easy reach of the Mendips, Burnham-on-Sea, Wookey Hole Caves, Cheddar and many more popular tourist spots. The site is a popular choice with holiday makers, walkers and cyclists and is surrounded by the beautiful Somerset Levels.
Family and dog-friendly, the grass camping field welcomes tents, motorhomes, campervans and touring caravans. There are well-maintained unisex toilets and hot showers, plus a laundry room, washing-up sinks and fire pit hire. Seasonal pitches with metered electric supply are available during certain times for regular visitors.
The pop-up café bar is open at weekends and Bank Holidays, serving barista coffee and a range of refreshments. Barbecues and camp fires are with the owners approval only, and if allowable, must be raised from the ground. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Visitors will find 2 pubs less than a mile away, both serving food and local ales.
