Perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature and the outdoors activities available in the area, Dolgamedd Caravan and Camping Park is found on the banks of the River Wnion, near Dolgellau in Snowdonia National Park. Surrounded by mountains, lakes and rivers, the coast is only 10 miles away and Coed Y Brenin mountain bike centre is also just 10 miles.
Open from April 1st (or Easter) to October 31st; tents, tourers, small campervans and motorhomes are accommodated on the site in different areas, with 10-amp electric hook-up and fully-serviced available. Duke of Edinburgh Award Groups and mature, well-behaved groups are welcome by pre-arrangement only. On-lead dogs are allowed.
Visitors will find a reception building with toilets, free showers and washrooms, including a disabled / family shower room and WC. There is also dishwashing, a freezer pack service, mobile phone charging, laundrette, chemical waste disposal and a spacious camping kitchen. The site has fishing rights on part of the river, available by arrangement.
