Tyn Rhos Camping Site

Tyn Rhos Camping Site on Holy Island is a family-run, rural camping and touring site, with views of Snowdonia and well-kept grounds and facilities. Suitable for tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes, electric hook-up is available and families and dogs are welcome to stay. Owners Alison and David are friendly and helpful.

Facilities include clean toilets, hot showers, dishwashing sinks and there is a small on-site shop stocking some camping equipment, food items and other essentials. There is a pub next door, not owned by the site and coastal walks in either direction. In a great location for short breaks and holidays, the site is only 3 miles from the ferry port to Ireland.

Holy Island, off Anglesey’s western edge, has an area of just 15 square miles and is blessed with numerous coves, sweeping bays and dramatic headlands. The beaches are fantastic and visitors will also find golf clubs, sea fishing, water sports and plenty of historic sites. The only town, Holyhead, has lots of amenities.
