Gwaun Vale Touring Park is set within the stunning Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. Situated at the start of the beautiful Cwm Gwaun Valley and only a mile-and-a-half from Fishguard, this site is very convenient for holidaymakers and those travelling to or from the Ireland ferry terminals. There is also a pub 5 minutes’ walk away.
This small, friendly and family-run park provides level pitches with electric hook-ups and picturesque countryside views. There are toilets and free hot showers, a laundry area, dishwashing sinks and a small children’s playground. Dogs are welcome, with a designated exercise area. Tourist information and maps are available.
There are many walks in the surrounding area to suit all abilities, including on the coastal path. The caravan park is only a few miles away from Llys y Fran Dam, with walks, bike hire, fishing and a café. Kayaking tuition is available close by. The beaches are clean and fairly quiet and there are plenty of historic sites to discover.
