Glenview Cottage is a Hebridean holiday home with excellent facilities, located near the picturesque village of Tolsta Chaolais on the west coast of the Isle of Lewis. This prestigiously Visit Scotland 4-Star rated holiday home sleeps 4 guests in 2 bedrooms and offers outstanding views over the village and much of Lewis and Harris.

This inviting property benefits from abundant natural light and soft white décor, with oak flooring and central heating throughout. The Clisham Lounge offers a dining area, conservatory and sunroom with a leather suite and those spectacular island views! This space also benefits from toasty underfloor heating.

The Snug provides the main entertainment area, with seating, a cast iron stove burner, digital TV with Sky satellite, Wifi broadband router, a Alexa and DAB radio. French doors lead to the outside decking area. There is also an equipped contemporary kitchen, open-plan with The Snug, and benefitting from the fire in the stove.

Siabost, the master bedroom, is a thoughtfully-decorated room with a double bed and en suite shower facilities. Calanais is a double sleigh bedded room,. Both share a bathroom featuring Travertine wall tiles, a heated towel rail and feature Roca bath with Victorian-style taps and overhead Mira power-shower.

Other facilities at Glenview include a drying room with an airer and ironing equipment. There is also a selection of books of local interest available. Outside, the decking area provides a picnic and barbecue area, with a small shed. Ample car parking is found immediately outside the house at the top of the driveway.
