Emily Barn at Swiers Farm

Emily Barn is a charming stone-built holiday cottage situated in Carsington village in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, on the edge of the Peak District. Just a short walk away from the many water activities available on Carsington Water Reservoir, and surrounded by scenic walks, it is ideal for group holidays or family celebrations.

Accommodating 16 - 18 guests, the barn has exposed oak beams and flagstone floors, with underfloor heating from an eco-friendly ground source heat pump. There is a lounge / diner with a double sofa bed, comfortable seating, dining table and French doors leading outside, and a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher.

The 4 bedrooms consist of 2 family rooms and 2 double rooms on the ground floor, and a double room with en suite facilities and a family room on the first floor.
