Manor Farm

Manor Farm is a family-run bed and breakfast in the village of Kelmscott, which is on the River Thames in West Oxfordshire, and ideal for visiting the Cotswolds. The B & B dates back to the 17th century, with many beautiful original features, or visitors can also stay in the self-catering shepherd’s hut with its hot tub.

There are 3 rooms in the main house. Dovecot Room is a double room with en suite bathroom, Willow Room is another double with en suite shower room and Garden Room has a double, a single bed and en suite bathroom. This room can also be used as a twin or family bedroom. Cots and highchairs can be provided for infants.

Guests are welcome to use the lounge to relax or watch TV. A full farmhouse breakfast is served in the dining room in the morning to help start the day. The Shepherd’s Hut is open during the summer and includes a double bed, small kitchenette area, log burning stove, en suite bathroom and wood fired hot tub.
