Somerset Garden Glamping

Somerset Garden Glamping is a yurt and traditional gypsy caravan available for short breaks and holidays, situated along the Bridgewater and Taunton Canal, just 6 miles from Taunton. Nestled in 0.75 of an acre of grounds with a wildflower meadow and woodland, guests can enjoy a peaceful stay in a secluded location.

The site is available for exclusive bookings only; sleeping up to 8 guests between both the yurt and caravan. Dogs are also allowed to stay free-of-charge. The timber yurt has a homely feel and accommodates 6 people in 2 double beds, a set of single bunk beds and also has a sofa. There is a transparent roof top for stargazing and a stable door. The authentic bowtop gypsy caravan sleeps 2 in a cabin bed, with comfortable seating.

Guests have use of The Barn for relaxing and dining. The Cabin has an equipped kitchen and The Bakehouse has a pizza oven and wicker chairs. The well-kept grounds have picnic tables, a barbeque and access to the canal. Visitors will find easy road access to Bristol, Wells, Bath and Exeter. Glastonbury and the shopping complex at Street is about half an hour away, with the popular attraction of Cheddar Gorge within a 40 minute drive.
