Set within 6 acres of gorgeous Welsh countryside, this is in a rural and peaceful location for your break, with plenty of parking. We are close to good transport links and just a few minutes from St Asaph Business Park. Sara and Patrick run a friendly and welcoming guest house where you will receive the warmest of welcomes and first-class, excellent value accommodation.

All of our 6 comfortable rooms have en-suites and come fully equipped with an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free Wifi, a flat screen television with freeview and a DVD player with a selection of DVDs. We have ground floor rooms with French doors that open out onto the terrace. We also have a comfortable lounge and conservatory for evening relaxation. At breakfast, we offer a delectable choice, including a Full Welsh, and our own home-baked bread.
