Bungdale Head Farm Caravan and Camping Site provides a beautiful place to stay on a family-run farm set within the North York Moors National Park. Situated near the historic village of Rievaulx and only 4 miles from the bustling market town of Helmsley, this working farm site is also ideally placed for walkers following the Cleveland Way.
Motorhomes, caravans and tents are all welcome to this grassy, well-drained site hosting views over the surrounding fields and open countryside. Rallies can be accommodated and dogs are welcome. There are hardstanding and electric pitches available if required. Facilities include WCs, washing-up sinks and chemical disposal.
The ruins of Rievaulx Abbey, Kilburn White Horse and Helmsley Castle are close by, with Thirsk providing a racecourse, World of James Herriot Museum and more. Both Helmsley and Thirsk have many shops, restaurants and pubs. Bungdale Head is also an ideal base for visiting the North York Moors, Yorkshire Dales or east coast resorts.
