Castle Bay Holiday Park is located on a cliff top, just 15 minutes’ walk from Portpatrick, on the western side of the Rhins of Galloway. Offering camping and touring facilities, the site hosts views across the Irish Sea, with paths leading from the park right down to the shore and ruins of 12th - 15th century Dunskey Castle.
Tents, trailer tents, motorhomes and touring caravans are welcome, with a choice of grass and hardstanding pitches, with or without electric hook-up. Pup tents and gazebos are allowed. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are permitted per pitch. There are toilets and showers for campers and tourers. Seasonal pitches are also available.
Visitors to the park will find a bar and restaurant a short walk away, with a beach, harbour, gift shops and a golf course in Portpatrick. The area is known for its clifftop walks and staff can advise on local attractions / amenities.
