Set alongside the River Wharfe, with excellent facilities including a bar, restaurant, fishing lake and swimming pool, Cawood Park is a Visit England 4-Star rated site with a David Bellamy Conservation Gold Award, located near the village of Cawood. Touring pitches and self-catering holiday lodges are available throughout the year.
The whole site is set within 12-acres of a beautiful country park. The touring area has hardstanding pitches with electric hook-ups and an allocated private bathroom for a small additional fee. Pets are very welcome to stay. There are also a choice of well-equipped comfortable self-catering holiday lodges (sleeping up to 6) for hire.
Park facilities include a swimming pool, children’s play area and guests can fish on the lake for free! There is on-site entertainment and a bar, with Mrs B’s Lakeside Kitchen Restaurant open for delicious breakfasts, lunches and evening meals during the weekend. The local village has some amenities and historic York is within 10 miles.
