Foxhill Park is a beautiful and tranquil location for tourers and campers situated on the outskirts of Claxton village, 8 miles north-east of York. Surrounded by open countryside and close to the Howardian Hills AONB, it is perfectly placed for both peaceful countryside breaks and for easy access to the attractions in the city centre.
Caravans, tents and motorhomes can be accommodated on the grass and hardstanding pitches, with prices inclusive of electricity and awning space. Guests can use the modern toilet and shower block amenities, laundry room, washing-up sinks and picnic areas. There are also facilities for baby changing and disabled guests.
Dogs are welcome on-site and there is a designated walking area. An American-style diner is situated a short walk away from the park, along the main road, where you can also catch buses to Leeds, York or Scarborough. Please see the website for more details about the site.
