Shepherd's Delight

Shepherd’s Delight is a relaxing retreat for couples, nestled within a bluebell wood and surrounded by 5-acres of meadow and an abundance of local wildlife. Situated in the North Yorks village of South Stainley, just 5 miles outside Harrogate, this accommodation includes access to an eco-friendly Hikki hot tub.

Completely off-grid but comfortably furnished inside, the hut sleeps 2 adults in a double bed, plus there is a single bunk for a child if required. There is also a leather sofa, wood burning stove for heating and cooking, small table, fleece made from the wool of the resident alpacas and an outside washing-up sink.

Guests can enjoy the wild garden with its barbeque, covered kitchen and picnic area. There is a toilet in a separate hut and a hot water shower in a covered shelter. Access to the hot tub is available for an additional charge. There is an inn a short walk away and easy access to walking routes and cycleways.
